Located at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, CA, Escape: Psycho Circus is a two-day event right scheduled right before the holiday. Filled with performers dressed in costume, musical acts, and amazing carnival-themed decor, this music festival is the perfect blend of EDM and Halloween spook. Minimal Effort: All Hallow’s Eve
